Terms & Conditions
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER
1. Orders
- All garments are made to order unless stated otherwise.
- Orders are confirmed only after the required deposit has been received.
- Production begins once measurements, design details, and fabric selections have been approved.
2. Consultations
- A consultation fee of £30 is required before your design consultation.
- The consultation fee is non-refundable but will be deducted from the final balance if the client proceeds with their order.
3. Payments
- A 60% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
- The remaining 40% must be paid before collection or dispatch.
- Payments are accepted via the payment methods listed on the website.
4. Cancellations
- Deposits are non-refundable because materials and production time are reserved once work begins.
- If a client cancels after production has started, any payments already made will not be refunded.
5. Changes to Orders
- Minor design changes may be accepted before production begins.
- Once production has started, significant design changes may incur additional charges or may not be possible.
6. Measurements
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate measurements if they are not measured by Horllard Fashion.
- Horllard Fashion is not responsible for fit issues caused by incorrect measurements supplied by the client.
7. Fittings
- Clients should attend all scheduled fittings.
- Missed fittings may affect the completion date.
8. Production Time
- Production timelines vary depending on the complexity of the garment.
- Estimated completion dates are provided in good faith but cannot be guaranteed where delays occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
9. Collection and Shipping
- Garments must be collected or shipped once final payment has been received.
- Horllard Fashion is not responsible for delays caused by courier services after dispatch.
10. Returns and Refunds
- Due to the bespoke nature of our garments, custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty or not as agreed.
- Any concerns must be reported within 48 hours of collection or delivery.
11. Intellectual Property
- All designs, photographs, logos, and website content remain the property of Horllard Fashion and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.
12. Photography
- Horllard Fashion may photograph completed garments for marketing purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing before delivery.
13. Liability
- Horllard Fashion will not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including supplier shortages, shipping disruptions, severe weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
14. Governing Law
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
